Please include the app version (Me → About) and a short description of what you expected versus what happened. Do not send your recovery phrase.

Unlock identity: Me → Account & Security. Face ID or the device passcode unlocks keys on this iPhone only.
Lost the phone: restore with your recovery phrase on a new install. Reset this device does not delete the Makway account; use Delete account (Account & Security) if you want remote records removed. Typical deletion completes in under a minute.
Cannot reach the assistant: confirm the assistant host is running, then check Me → Control Plane & Network (Makway reachability and dedicated network).
Notifications: iOS Settings → Notifications → LangLang. Push is a hint; chat text is not delivered in the notification body.

Using LangLang requires a paired assistant host (langlangbot) discovered through Makway. A device-only install without a host cannot complete chat.
